Je ne savais pas trop quoi peindre aujourd'hui. Juste jouer avec les couleurs pastels et l'aquarelle m'ont suffi. Et j'ai photographié la première pensée du jardin! Yé!
I didn't really know what to paint today, so I just got my pastels and watercolors out and had fun. And I took a picture of the first pansy of the season. Youppi!

Quelle bonne idée celle de reproduire les couleurs de cette pensée dans les portraits, J'adore, Helen! L'ombre mauve sur le visage fait la lumière très vibrante et poétique. J'espère que tu auras eu aussi une bonne fête des mères avec ta famille et ta maman (abrazote pour elle) et que ton mari t'aura offert une tarte maison délicieuse (peu importe où elle aille s'installer, hi, hi... )

Bonjour Margarita! Mon mari m'a offert une foccacia, une recette qu'il voulait essayer depuis longtemps. Il a brulé la croûte du dessous, mais nous l'avons mangée quand même,parce que nous avions faim. Il brûle tout depuis quelque temps. C'est l'intention qui compte. Bonne semaine, xx
