Maples

AQUARELLA  -  7  X  9  INCHES
MAPLES

The neighbour's trees are getting red, while others are displaying  ranges of yellows and oranges.  For fun,   I've tried to give some of my trees the look of maple leaves.   Soon , the earth will disppeared under a thick colored carpet.

Ah Helen - extraordinary colors to celebrate the beauty of the season. Living in Quebec I am sure your colors are gorgeous. Hope you have many more beautiful days before the snow flies. Take care and have a great day.

It's gorgeous Helen, and it really conveys the joyous vibrant mood of autumn. I like how you composed the piece with the different color areas, and the way it all flows from one to the next. Very nicely done!

All of a sudden the trees are changing colors...so beautiful but knowing that the cold and snowy days are coming makes me shiver.

Gros bisous
