So much white - DAY 8

ACRYLIC AND AQUARELLA -  5  X  7  INCHES
SO MUCH WHITE

Poor little birds who are stuck here in the snow and the cold all winter.  From one year to the next, they could emigrate elsewhere I suppose! But no, a lot of them like to visit our birdfeeders and go back to hide in the cedar hedge.

Bonjour ma chère Helen,

Il est tellement charmant ton rouge-gorge... Jolie peinture.

Thanks Celia. Yes, I'm in hiding these days. It's so cold I go out when I have too. Hugs

Seeing these posts from the other side of the world with its cold whilst we fry is a nice interlude. Life in nature is often harsh so someytimes I try not to think of it. Lovely little bird glad you are feeding him

How sweet that these lovely creatures can count on us during the cold months. I love this painting!

You, me and the birds stay in where it's warm. Poor birds don't paint. Sweet painting you did there.

Hi Lorraine! I guess it's a season for extremes. Thanks for visiting and bringing some warmth with you. :)

Thanks Linda! I'm mostly having fun these days and starting to rush also. :)

Hi Chris! I'm always surprised to see how these small birds can survive the whole winter in such hardy conditions. Nature is extraordinary.
You're doing so well in Leslie Saeta's Challenge. Good luck for the rest! :)

Gros bisous-abrazotes ;D

Bisous Margarita!!!
